1. Modification of Dates
We understand pilgrimage schedules can shift due to darshan quota slots or travel delays. If you need to alter your travel dates, please inform our WhatsApp desk at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival so we can attempt to accommodate you on alternative dates.
2. Cancellation Notice
Cancellations should be communicated via WhatsApp or phone call to our reception desk. Early notification allows us to release the allotted room to other devout pilgrim families waiting in queue.
3. Refunds & Advance Deposits
Where applicable, any advance token deposits or caution deposits are handled according to the specific terms outlined during booking confirmation. For clarification on deposit return policies, please contact the front desk directly.
