Every room features clean attached western/indian bathrooms, 24/7 running water with morning hot water supply, comfortable bedding, electric backup generators, elevator/lift access across all floors, 24-hour reception, and dedicated luggage assistance.

All adult guests staying at the rest house must carry and produce original government photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID card, or Driver's License) along with a valid Indian mobile number during registration.
Nandakam Rest House is situated in Balaji Colony, Tirumala, approximately 0.8 km (about 10 minutes walk) from the main temple complex and 0.6 km from Sri Varaha Swamy Temple and Swami Pushkarani. Frequent free TTD electric buses also operate nearby.
From Tirupati Railway Station (TPTY), regular APSRTC express buses and private taxis depart every few minutes from the station exit to Tirumala via the ghat road (approx. 45-60 min). You can also climb the pedestrian trails via Alipiri (3550 steps) or Srivari Mettu (2388 steps).
Yes. Ample secure open parking is available within and adjacent to the property perimeter for private cars, taxis, and pilgrim vehicles.
