1. Mandatory Photo Identification

In compliance with local administration and hospitality regulations, all adults checking in must present an original valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). Soft copies on mobile or PAN cards may not be accepted.

2. Check-in & Check-out Timings

Standard check-in and 24-hour cycle policies apply as communicated at the time of WhatsApp enquiry and front desk registration. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to room availability on the hill town.

3. Sacred Hill Sanctity & Conduct

Tirumala is a holy pilgrimage site. Consumption or possession of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, smoking, tobacco products, and illicit substances is strictly prohibited on the property premises and throughout the sacred hills of Tirumala under Andhra Pradesh state regulations.

4. Tariffs & Payment

Tariffs are agreed upon during booking assistance and are payable according to property guidelines. We do not solicit advance UPI transfers to unknown personal phone numbers. Please verify payment instructions with official front desk channels.
